Yes it was very soft but not as thick as I thought it would be as shown in the ad.

Finally! I found a perfect hand towel in purple (for the hygiene kits I do for church). Purple is a hard color to find (at an affordable price, that is). I will definitely buy more of these in the future. I like the weight of these for the kits. Since I won't be washing them, I can't comment on that....and since I am not using them personally, I can not comment on absorbency.Edit: Nov 27 -2023Just got the "navy" today. Same quality as the plum/purple. The color is actually teal (a dark turquoise). I am using them for hygiene kits (church project) so any color of blue works just fine.

Really pleased with the quality of these towels and the color is so vibrant, without color bleed. Thick, fluffy, absorbent - everything that I want in a towel! I'm very impressed as other towels I've purchased on Amazon have ranged from not great - one set required 5 washes to get rid of color bleed (I always wash towels several times after purchase) - to OK/meh. I really like these towels!

Just received the towels, bought for vibrant colour, which is good. I was just about to wash them, but the tag indicates don’t put in dryer. The add says tumble dry low. Another review says the colour bleeds, so, I’ll go ahead and wash them. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: washed in warm, dried on delicate, came out fine. A few stray threads, but nothing worrying. Happy with purchase.

This towel is amazing. It's really soft and absorbent. It's big enough to wrap around your entire body with space to spare. I would know I'm a plus size woman. It drys as well as any other towel.

Good quality....darker shade of teal blue. We are only planning to use these as decorative towels.
